• Cookie Duration: Your affiliate cookie will remain active for 90 days from the time of a potential customer’s click. (This is far longer than the standard 30 days)! This extra length is to ensure you benefit from those who click your link (given some parents may need time to play the free videos, before they decide to join the full program). If someone clicks your link again, the cookie duration resets. • ​​​​​​​​Coupons: You may be offered $5 off promotional coupons at times – although they are optional to use. It may be recommended to use them towards the end of the month to inspire more conversions & higher sales before your monthly commission boosts reset. • Content Guidelines: ​ • 1:1 Services: There is no commission (0%) on Hayley’s Breathwork, Soul Guidance, and Conscious Dance services. These are separate offerings which are based on her personal time (not digital value), and exist outside of the demographic that Vibrant Kidz is advertised to. ​ • Sequel Distinctions: For now, Vibrant Kidz: Sacred Playtime is the only product we are selling with affiliates – and is therefore the only product that this program we have established applies to. Some years in the future, we will likely produce a sequel - so we must define a boundary between Vibrant Kidz: Sacred Playtime and its successors. As a base policy for commission, Long-Term Thresholds cultivated for Sacred Playtime will not transfer to the sequel, while Monthly Boosts will still offer the same benefits. This being said, exact policies regarding future products will be established closer to their release.

Payouts will be completed bi-weekly (every 2 weeks; likely mid-month & end of the month), in USD by default - as this is the currency the product is sold in. While we will cover the fees to send payouts, affiliates will be responsible for any currency conversion fees that come with moving their funds to bank accounts in different countries. For simplicity, we'll use PayPal (or Stripe) for American & International affiliates, and E-Transfer for Canadian affiliates. Whether USD payouts come through PayPal or Stripe will depend on which platform the sales came through (if they come predominantly through PayPal, we may also automate your payouts through the affiliate software). [Canadian affiliates only] We (Hayley & Brandon) live in Canada, and can therefore send money via E-Transfer. This is highly preferred by us, as it saves us the extra fees (E-Transfer is free, while PayPal & Stripe cost 3%... which adds up quickly with large payouts!) Note: currency conversion fees will still apply (which you would experience anyways when moving USD to CAD with PayPal/Stripe). When paying you, we'll withdraw your specific USD amount from PayPal/Stripe to our bank, and send you whatever it shows up as in CAD (with screenshots of the process included for transparency, if needed). Ultimately, receiving your payouts via E-Transfer = the same $$$ in your bank, slightly more convenience for you, and ongoing gratitude from us, as we'd be saving some significant losses from PayPal/Stripe's "send money" fees, considering affiliate payouts will be quite large.
