VIBRANT KIDZ
PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

1. WHO WE ARE

Sourcelight Productions Inc., operating as Vibrant Kidz ("Vibrant Kidz," "we," "us," or "our"), operates https://www.vibrant-kidz.com and offers the digital program Vibrant Kidz: Sacred Playtime, its Free Video Series, and related customer, affiliate, and institutional services. We are responsible for personal information we collect and control in connection with these activities, subject to applicable privacy law. For privacy inquiries, contact vibrantkidz.info@gmail.com.

2. SCOPE AND AUDIENCES

This policy applies to website visitors, individual purchasers and account holders, gift recipients, parents and guardians, affiliate applicants and participants, and representatives of schools and other institutional licensees. The paid Program and Free Video Series may be used by children under adult supervision; however, account registration is intended for adults. Institutional licenses use staff-operated accounts; students are not required to create accounts or submit student records to us as part of ordinary classroom presentations. This policy does not replace the separate agreements governing permitted access and use.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: (a) contact and account information such as name, email, login identifiers and other information entered into registration or contact forms; (b) purchase, billing, transaction and payment-status information, with payment-card details handled by the applicable payment service providers; (c) communications, support requests, survey responses, reviews or other material you voluntarily submit; (d) affiliate application, referral, commission and payout-related information where relevant; (e) institutional contact details, authorized staff account information, licensing correspondence and transaction records; and (f) technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, access logs, pages visited, session activity, cookies and similar identifiers that may be collected automatically by the site and its service providers. We do not require student rosters, student health information or individual student accounts for standard staff-led institutional use. Please do not send sensitive student information to us without an agreed lawful process.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to operate and secure our website and accounts; provide streaming access, customer service and institutional licensing administration; process purchases, refunds, affiliate commissions and related accounting; communicate service, security, policy and account notices; detect misuse and enforce applicable agreements; analyze and improve site performance; comply with legal obligations; and, where legally permitted and subject to applicable choices, send promotional communications.

5. CONSENT AND LAWFUL HANDLING

Where consent is required, we seek meaningful consent appropriate to the information and intended use. Some processing is necessary to provide requested services, meet legal obligations or pursue other purposes permitted under applicable law. Consent may be withdrawn where legally available, although doing so may affect services that require the information. Merely visiting the website does not, by itself, authorize every optional use of personal information. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of the website and should not permit children to submit personal information without appropriate authorization.

6. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, account access, security, and site performance. Our affiliate software, GoAffPro, uses cookies to track referrals and facilitate the calculation and payment of commissions on qualifying sales. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality or affiliate referral tracking.

7. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES

We use Wix to operate and host our website, PayPal to process payments, and GoAffPro to administer our affiliate program, including referral tracking and commissions. These providers may process information as needed to perform their respective services. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. We will never sell your personal information to other companies. We do not provide personal information to other companies for their independent marketing purposes.

8. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Our service providers may store or process information in Canada or other jurisdictions, where privacy laws and lawful government-access rules may differ. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and applicable law. We do not represent that all data remains in Canada. Institutions with special data-residency or public-sector requirements should contact us before licensing so the requirements can be assessed and, where agreed, documented separately.

9. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or misuse. Measures may include secure connections, restricted account access and reliance on service-provider security controls. No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Account holders and institutional licensees must protect their credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We will address security incidents and make legally required notifications in accordance with applicable law.

10. RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account administration, customer support, financial recordkeeping, security, and legal compliance. Some information may be retained through service providers such as Wix. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

11. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND OTHER RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, individuals may request access to personal information we hold about them, ask for corrections, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion or information about our handling practices. Other rights may apply depending on jurisdiction. Requests may be sent to vibrantkidz.info@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request, and certain records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or operational reasons. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.

12. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send marketing messages where permitted by applicable law and any required consent. Promotional emails will include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism or equivalent opt-out instructions. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential transactional, security, contractual or service communications. Affiliate communications relating to applications, referrals, payouts and program administration are handled as appropriate to their purpose and applicable law.

13. CHILDREN AND SCHOOL SETTINGS

The Program is designed for use with children under the supervision of parents, guardians, teachers or other responsible adults. Adults are responsible for deciding whether and how to facilitate participation, consistent with the Terms of Service and Safety & Liability Waiver. For institutional licenses, authorized staff may use a designated institutional account to present videos to groups; students do not need their own accounts. We do not request student rosters or sensitive student records for standard institutional access. If an institution proposes a use involving identifiable student information, it must be separately assessed and agreed in writing before that information is provided. We do not claim that every device used to view a video produces no technical data; website and platform technologies may still process device or network information.

14. LINKS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

Our website may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage visitors to review those policies before submitting information to external services.

15. RELATED AGREEMENTS

The Terms of Service govern access, account use, gifting, intellectual property and institutional licensing restrictions. The Safety & Liability Waiver addresses participation risks and responsibilities. Separate affiliate and institutional agreements may govern those relationships and their specific commercial obligations. This Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices and does not itself grant content licenses, replace safety obligations, or waive statutory privacy rights. If an applicable written data-processing or institutional privacy addendum imposes more specific lawful privacy requirements, those requirements will apply to the extent agreed and legally effective.

16. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, technological or legal changes. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law. A material new use of personal information will not be justified solely by continued website use where additional consent is legally required.
